Terms of Use
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Approsyz website at approsyz.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
About the site
The site is run by Approsyz ("Approsyz", "we", "us"). You can contact us at approsyzconsulting@gmail.com.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful, business purposes. You must not try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at a scale that affects its performance, or use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful.
Information on the site
We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is general in nature. In particular:
- Product screens and the week-one scenario are illustrations. Their figures are modelled and are not results from a named client.
- The ROI calculator gives estimates based on the assumptions you choose. It is not a quote, forecast or guarantee of savings.
- Timelines such as a shared plan in 3 days and first results in a week apply to a scoped Jumpstart and are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Our services
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you or your organization and Approsyz.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to Approsyz or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or republish its content without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the site and its content are provided "as is", and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information on the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
